What happens in the event of a last minute cancellation?We understand that sometimes unforeseen events may arise that prevent you from attending your booked session. In the event of a last minute cancellation, we invite you to contact us as quickly as possible so that together we can find a new session date that suits you. However, we remind you that any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund. In the event that you are unable to participate in your session due to a medical problem, a medical certificate will be required. What sporting level for the circuit?Our canyoning course is suitable for all levels of sportiness, but a minimum physical condition is required to guarantee your safety and enjoyment throughout the activity. To participate in this activity, it is recommended to be in good physical condition and to know how to swim. However, our professional team is there to guide you and help you overcome the obstacles along the way, depending on your level and abilities. We also have routes suitable for beginners, with easier options for children and adults who want to experience canyoning for the first time.
